Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to ensure the efficient and accurate dispatch of customer orders.

The Role :

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service within the warehouse, supporting various warehouse and distribution activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of inventory and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure accurate and timely picking and dispatch of customer orders.
  • Conduct inspections of incoming goods and report discrepancies.
  • Efficiently process local inward goods.
  • Maintain precise stock records, including bin locations, batch tracking, and expiry dates.
  • Manage stock through rolling and full stock takes, reporting progress against KPIs.
  • Check returned goods for resale and collaborate with Customer Services.
  • Inspect, clean, and prepare returned equipment for resale, troubleshooting equipment faults.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory and logistics Officer for general maintenance tasks, including waste pickup, temperature control, and warehouse repairs.
  • Manage shelving and building requirements.
  • Inspect and clean returned equipment for training or demonstration.
  • Prepare and dispatch conference equipment, including materials and samples.
  • Assist with equipment and stock returns.
  • Perform equipment maintenance as needed.

Health and Safety Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all duties are carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    • General Responsibilities :

  • Provide backup support for the Inventory and logistics Officer as needed.
  • Re-packaging : Maintain re-packaging kits and labels for efficient product preparation.
  • Manage bulk product storage, and label goods upon receipt.
  • Maintain a clean and organized re-packaging area.

    Requirements :

  • Previous experience in warehouse coordination or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock-taking processes.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety in a warehouse environment.
