Sap Application Consultant - Finance

We are searching for a local New Zealand-based SAP Application Consultant – Finance to join one of New Zealand's leading SAP Gold Partners in Auckland.

This is an exciting and rewarding role for a consultant with strong SAP Finance expertise and a track record in delivering SAP solutions.

As part of our experienced team, you will lead Finance focus areas in SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Public & Private Edition) projects, support presales activities, and deliver consulting services to our valued customers.

You'll also have the chance to explore new SAP Finance technologies and contribute to innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

Deliver SAP consultancy services across Finance areas : General Ledger, Treasury, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Asset Accounting, Tax, Period-end processes, and Group Consolidation / Reporting.

Work on requirement analysis, scoping, and configuration to ensure pragmatic and practical SAP solutions.

Support earlier SAP releases and troubleshoot Finance-related issues with strong analytical skills.

Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and translate them into SAP capabilities.

Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in deploying and supporting SAP Finance solutions.

Minimum five complete implementation cycles of SAP Cloud ERP.

SAP S / 4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) Finance and Group Reporting certification is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead Finance-related presales activities.

Strong understanding of revenue recognition, overhead costing, product costing, and integration points with other SAP modules.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and certification.
