Refrigeration Design Engineer - Auckland (Start Asap)

Join Equans ANZ as a Refrigeration Design Engineer delivering innovative refrigeration system designs and collaborating across disciplines.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Deliver end-to-end refrigeration design services, including equipment sizing and selection.

Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other disciplines to integrate refrigeration systems seamlessly.

Align design solutions with client requirements and attend design meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement.

Produce detailed drawings, job specifications, and cost estimates for refrigeration projects.

Prepare as-built documentation and maintenance proposals, and conduct design-to-as-built reviews.

Conduct site visits, gather data, and present competitive bids.

Actively promote the company's services and maintain strong industry relationships.

Stay informed on industry trends and developments that may impact the business.

About You

What you'll need :

An engineering degree, diploma or trade certificate.

Experience in the design of refrigeration systems, including CO2 systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
