Construction Manager - Renewables

Join a high-performing team delivering a 200+MW solar farm in New Zealand.

We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of a landmark renewable energy project, driving performance, safety, and quality across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project execution including quality control, risk management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Monitor and control project costs, manage contract administration, and handle change orders

Oversee day-to-day operations on-site and manage project teams and client interactions.

About You

Candidates with prior experience in high-voltage systems or renewable energy initiatives will be highly regarded.

Extensive experience leading end-to-end delivery of HV and renewable energy projects from a site operations standpoint.

A site-based position that necessitates strong, on-the-ground leadership and effective coordination skills.

Engineering or construction degrees preferred; builder's licence or electrician trade certification also accepted.

Drivers Licence
