Site Manager – Fonterra Hautapu

We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager actively involved in the creating, cooking, and presentation of food, as well as the day-to-day running of our café based at Fonterra Hautapu located in the heart of the Waikato.

What You'll Do :

Provide efficient, customer-focused service and exceed client expectations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with onsite clients and team members.

Lead by example to promote our company culture, values, and brand standards.

Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance to ensure excellence.

Manage budgets, rosters, and purchasing to meet financial targets.

Maintain food quality, compliance, and kitchen assets to a high standard.

Identify new opportunities to enhance service delivery and site performance.

Reporting to an operations manager, you will normally work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6.00am – 2.30pm, and ensure the smooth running of the café across its 7-day operation, including weekend shifts.

This is a sole charge role, with the support of one catering assistant who will cover the weekend shifts.
