How you'll make an impactDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable APIs and integrations.Provide mentorship and technical guidance within the engineering community.Contribute to developing standards and processes to elevate our digital capabilities.Participate in architecture discussions, effectively presenting technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ensure reliable performance and scalability of mission-critical applications through proactive problem-solving.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance automation, CI / CD practices, and cloud infrastructure.

What we're looking for5+ years' experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Java.Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale web applications.Solid experience with API gateways, middleware integrations, and related testing and support.Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kafka, Mule, or IBM WebSphere (advantageous).

Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.Proven track record delivering multiple successful projects.Agile mindset, self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to excellence.Participation in an on-call roster as part of our commitment to reliability.
