About the opportunity :
This role is a casual on going position and depends on ships coming in for unloading at our terminal near the Ports of Auckland.
As a ship unloader you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant unloading of bulk cement and cementitious products from the vessels using specialized equipment.
This role requires technical knowledge, physical capability and strict adherence to safety and environmental standards.
In addition to overseeing ship unloading operations, the ship unloader operator supports continuous improvement by maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors, shipping personnel and internal teams.
The role is integral to Holcim's strategic intent of delivering and operating New Zealand's best supply chain distribution network for bulk and packaged cementitious products.

Skills and experience required :
Trade or Degree qualification preferred
SAP ERP experience highly advantageous
