- An exciting opportunity is available for highly motivated and innovative Senior Registered Nurses for the role of Charge Nurse, Medical Specialty Ward.As Charge Nurse, you'll ensure the effective delivery of nursing and support services, lead multidisciplinary teams, and champion person and whanau-centred care.
You'll play a key role in clinical leadership, staff development, cultural responsiveness, and continuous quality improvement.
