About the Role

Work in a structured teams supported by registrars and consultants.

Palmerston North Hospital offers the following opportunities in general medicine and medical subspecialty runs.

Ability to rotate through the below medical runs :

Cardiology

Renal

Geriatric Medicine – subacute including outpatient clinics.

Haematology

Medical Oncology

Radiation Oncology

Medical Relief

Gastroenterology (PGY3 or above)

There are also opportunities to do both an ICU and an Emergency Medicine rotation.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have :

Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or beeligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

Completed PGY1 year or equivalent.
