About The Role

As the Quality Manager – Pacific Islands , you’ll be responsible for ensuring all quality management systems and processes are effective, fit for purpose, and consistently implemented across multiple projects. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement and building a strong quality culture across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the McConnell Dowell Integrated Management System and Project Execution Manual are effectively implemented across all Pacific projects.
• Supporting project teams in developing, implementing, and reviewing project quality management systems.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives for quality, completions, commissioning, and document control systems.
• Establishing and promoting a strong quality culture, ensuring all employees understand their quality responsibilities.
• Conducting compliance reviews, audits, and inspections in consultation with project representatives.
• Preparing and submitting monthly quality performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinating and facilitating ISO 9001 recertification audits with third-party auditors.
• Managing the closeout of non-conformances and ensuring lessons learned are shared across all relevant projects.
• Participating in project risk assessments and supporting the development of risk control documentation.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and development to quality personnel within the business unit.
