We are seeking a Technical Field Representative (TFR) to join our team in the South Auckland / Pukekohe Region.

We are seeking a driven individual to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, while also supporting existing customers / growers.

This role would be perfect for someone from a farming or agri background, blended with proven business development and sales expertise.

What you'll get up to :

As a Technical Field Representative, you'll provide technical and industry expertise to assist farmers in developing profitable and sustainable business solutions.

This role involves travelling throughout the region, providing technical and sales advice to existing customers / farmers / growers as well as canvassing new opportunities.

You'll also work alongside the local store team and the broader business by sharing knowledge and offering practical sales support.

You'll be someone who can be a part of a farmer's business, both big and small, identify crop and field issues and offer fit-for-purpose advice, solutions and products that support a customer's goals.

Our wish list of skills and experience :

Extensive knowledge of the New Zealand Agriculture sector

Onsite / field / farming experience

Confidence and proven expertise in developing new business

Strong customer solutions focus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reasonable fitness, as some heavy lifting and physical work can be required.

Full, current and clean New Zealand driver licence (essential)
