This role is reporting to the Manager – Avanti Finance Business.
The purpose of this role is to ensure all Avanti Finance Business loan applications are processed in a timely manner and that documentation continually meets Avanti standards for Avanti Finance Business loans.
As a Lending Support admin within the Finance Business team, you can expect to :
Provide support to the lenders and the overall team to ensure excellent customer service is maintained internally and externally.
Accurate & timely data entry & high attention to detail in generating loan contracts.
Understand approval process for lenders and critical need for accuracy of information.
Ensuring all necessary checks are completed e.g. doc's, AML, CDD, Credit Checks etc.
& prepare the file for payout.
Handle all post settlement queries like loan restructures, sending statements, settlement quotes, Amortisation schedule, security release etc.
Follow up information with advisors, lawyers and other parties as required.
Liaise with Admin team regarding security releases.
Provide other supporting administrative tasks as required and handle general enquires to assist the team in achieving overall goals.
Ability to work in a changing environment and be able to multi-task.
Follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties reasonably requested by your manager.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate :
1–2 years' experience in finance or a similar administrative support role
Strong attention to detail with accurate and timely data entry skills
Understanding of lending processes and the importance of data accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident handling of customer and introducer enquiries, including challenging conversations
Proficient in computer systems and comfortable navigating loan platforms
Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude toward change
Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to personal development
