The Senior Finance Business Partner will strengthen cost efficiency, operational productivity, and strategic decision-making by leveraging expertise in cost accounting and FP&A.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost accounting, standard costing models, and variance analysis across labour, materials, and overheads
- Manage inventory valuation, asset control, and capitalisation accuracy for manufacturing operations
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance reporting, including COGM and manufacturing variance insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant, supply chain, and executive stakeholders, influencing key operational decisions
- Identify and execute process improvements, support financial systems enhancements, and contribute to ERP upgrade initiatives
- Support strategic projects and continuous improvement activities across the business
- Lead a team of two Management Accountants
Your profile
CA / CPA or equivalent accounting qualification3+ years’ experience in manufacturing or cost accounting rolesStrong financial modelling and Excel skills. Working knowledge of Power BI is desirable.Solid ERP experience and comfort working with operational teamsProven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and productivity improvementsResilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced industrial environmentTo be considered for this position, submit your CV by following the link below.
