Description The Senior Finance Business Partner will strengthen cost efficiency, operational productivity, and strategic decision-making by leveraging expertise in cost accounting and FP&A.

The opportunity

The Senior Finance Business Partner will strengthen cost efficiency, operational productivity, and strategic decision-making by leveraging expertise in cost accounting and FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost accounting, standard costing models, and variance analysis across labour, materials, and overheads
• Manage inventory valuation, asset control, and capitalisation accuracy for manufacturing operations
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance reporting, including COGM and manufacturing variance insights
• Act as a trusted advisor to plant, supply chain, and executive stakeholders, influencing key operational decisions
• Identify and execute process improvements, support financial systems enhancements, and contribute to ERP upgrade initiatives
• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement activities across the business
• Lead a team of two Management Accountants
