Mo te Turanga | About the Role
This role provides support to the P&C Advisors and P&C Managers, resolving ER and HR matters and escalating more complex issues to the P&C Business Partners or P&C Managers where appropriate.
Provide support to Managers and P&C Managers on all HR activities, specifically employment relations
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Lead low to medium level disciplinary and formal processes end to end
Support the development of the P&C Advisors
Identify opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement where possible

To be successful in this position you will possess the following :
Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practices
3+ years experience in providing front line HR / ER support in a large, unionised organisation
Experience in running disciplinary processes and handling complex ER issues
Ability to coach and mentor P&C Advisors
A proactive, solution focused approach to challenges
