WHAT YOU WILL DO In this role, you will be the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into innovative solutions.
You'll design and document technical solutions, support pre-sales activities, and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
Your key responsibilities include : Design tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with company strategy.
Collaborate with global and internal teams to research and develop solutions using Invenco by GVR products.
Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFP / RFI responses, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a link between business development and technical teams.
Provide technical clarification and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to guide solution design.

To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with : A tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, Marketing or similar.
5+ years' experience in a similar role, with strong solution design and pre-sales expertise.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Experience in Agile environments and willingness to travel as required.

Experience with payment systems or related industries.
