Technical Solutions Engineer

The Technical Solution Engineer role involves understanding the business needs and technical requirements of our customers to design solutions using a mix of Invenco, incumbent, and other vendor products.

It combines pre-sales, sales engineering, and business analysis, serving as a crucial link between customers and the company's business, development, and technical teams; and acts as a global conduit between CDMs and customers, ensuring timely issue resolution.Here are some of the key responsibilities of the role : Solution DesignCollaborate with internal and global teams to develop solutions using Invenco by GVR products & solutionsWork with Business development to translate customer and market needs into clear technical solutionsBe a crucial link between customers and the company's business development and technical delivery teamsConduct site visits and be involved in customer discussionsPre-Sales and Sales EngineeringProvide assistance with Requests for Information and PricingWork with Business Development team to provide product, business, and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activitiesAs part of a cross-functional bid management team, submit RFPs, RFIs, and EOIs to prospective customers within set deadlinesCustomer ManagementBuild strong customer relationships, serving as the key link between customers, business development, 3rd party vendors, and technical teams before and during the project lifecycleProvide pre-sales and technical support, conducting product demos, discussions, and site visits to align solutions with customer needsPrepare user-friendly business and technical documentation including presentations, proposals, and project updatesProject Support and Technical ResolutionAct as the primary technical point of contact during pilot implementations, ensuring smooth setup and resolving issues promptlyProvide comprehensive training and documentation to service partners and internal teams, including user manuals and guides#LI-MA1About your ExperienceYou'll have worked in a similar role with experience designing technical solutions.
