About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager / Rehabilitation Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this important role, you will provide guidance and support, ensuring the health and safety of our employees while contributing to the success of our organisation.
You will be responsible for case management and rehabilitation, assisting our people as they recover from injury or illness and supporting their smooth transition back to the workplace.
Additionally, you will work closely with our Occupational Health & Wellbeing team to develop and implement key programmes that focus on supporting our employees to remain at work or successfully transition back to the workplace after an injury or illness.

About Hamilton
Waikato Hospital is a major regional hospital in Hamilton and is a leading tertiary teaching hospital located in Hamilton, New Zealand, serving as the regional hub for the Midland area, which includes the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, Tairawhiti, and Taranaki districts. With around 722 inpatient beds, 22 operating theatres, and a dedicated outpatient clinic and procedure centre, Waikato Hospital provides comprehensive hospital services, including radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy.
