Kōrero mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Reporting to the Director Operations, this role will provide engaging, dynamic leadership, integrating strategic functional alignment to drive high performance and outcomes that ensure quality services are delivered to our communities in accordance with our values, strategies, ways of working and Long-Term / Annual Plan commitments. You’ll be fully accountable for the development and effective implementation of our compliance strategy.

Mōu │ About You
Ideally, you’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in a related speciality (e.g. Resource Management, Environmental Planning, Environmental Law, Natural Resource Management) that has relevance to the role. You’ll have a minimum of 10-years’ experience working in regulatory implementation of the Resource Management Act and other legislations.
Additionally, you’ll be accustomed to developing and forming lasting relationships, including engaging with our Ngāi Tahu partners to ensure understanding of Ngāi Tahu aspirations and priorities as they relate to our programme development and prioritisation.
