OverviewTo coordinate and manage all planned maintenance for customer assets, manage service scheduling, maintain asset records, and support service-related business development.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and plan monthly services (due / overdue), coordinating parts and technician availability.Communicate with customers to confirm bookings, issue quotes, and obtain order numbers.Create service jobs in Ostendo with accurate asset, parts, and contact details.Manage spare parts availability; coordinate with purchasing for urgent or out-of-stock items.Maintain and update customer asset database (service plans, parts lists, contacts, usage tracking).
Support maintenance contracts with pricing setup and service plan recording.Develop monthly call plans, follow up on quotes / contracts, and log activities in Hubspot.Attend weekly sales meetings to report progress and share insights.
