Food & Beverage Attendant

Job Description Oaks Wellington Hotel are l ooking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by : Taking Guest Orders : Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.

Menu Expertise and Recommendations : Confidently recommending food and beverage options Serving Food Beverages : Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service : Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

Shift Details (subject to change) : Flexible schedule required, including availability for split shifts Minimum 15 hours per week RSA and RSG certificates required Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate : Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

A current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.

Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.

Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.

Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
