OverviewPart time Parking Attendant - WellingtonParking Attendant in Wellington - Part timeAbout the roleWe are looking for a Part time Parking Attendant based at Wellington Airport.

This isn't your usual 9 to 5 office job – you could be directing the flow of traffic through the airport, monitoring CCTV and assisting customers at Parking Services, or greeting customers in Valet when they drop their vehicles off.The role is permanent 22.5 hours per week.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 6pm-1 : 30amPay rate is $

• per hourResponsibilitiesParking Services Kiosk : Providing customer service, including assistance with parking inquiries (ticket processing, booking queries, providing directions and processing payments)Responding to intercom / phone calls directed to the Parking Services kioskMonitoring and investigating queries via CCTVLogging escalations with airport operations where necessaryForecourt : Providing assistance with customer queries (where to find areas of the airport i.e. bus stops, locate carparks, locate taxi / ride share pick up areas)Directing vehicle & pedestrian traffic within the airport precinct as requiredMaintaining and repairing parking hardware (barriers / columns / pay machines)Logging jobs with external contractors / escalate where necessaryLogging escalations with airport operations where neccessaryQualificationsExcellent customer service skills + experienceGood communication skillsExcellent work ethicThe ability to work unsupervisedFull drivers licenceGeneral computer skillsBenefitsFull trainingUniform providedStable employment with career advancement opportunitiesFree carpark!
