About The Role

Ravensdown is seeking a dynamic Head of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to architect and deliver our next-level IBP process, linking strategy, portfolios, demand, supply chain, finance, and risk into a single, actionable plan.
This role offers a chance for an experienced IBP professional to lead transformation and deliver lasting impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and refine the IBP process across the organization, ensuring seamless integration of demand, supply, and financial plans.
Partner closely with the digital team to introduce & develop the tools, metrics and reporting required to support all elements of IBP, from Forecasting, to Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics.
Lead IBP meetings as required.
Translate strategic priorities and portfolio pipeline into IBP scenarios.
Be a key member of the Transformation Team, delivering the programme of work and enabling smarter processes, stronger financial performance, and sustainable practices.
Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, IT, Data & Insights, Sales & Marketing, and more to drive cross-functional alignment and fact-based decision making.
Build capability across the network, by coaching and training leaders and influencers to take ownership of their part in IBP.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, capability building, and change leadership.
About You
You'll be a strategic leader with a proven ability to influence at executive and board level, who brings deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) principles.
You will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership skillset.
Being commercially astute with a strong grasp of market dynamics, you'll be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the business.
Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
Senior experience in supply chain or IBP.
Strong financial acumen, scenario modelling, and advanced planning tools.
Project management background, agricultural industry experience, and change management expertise preferred.
Able to prioritise, manage deadlines and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
