Assistant Hr Advisor

Two permanent full-time roles available.

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant HR Adviser to join our MyHR Services team.

This is a great opportunity to build your HR career in a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for managers seeking advice on HR policies, processes, and tools.

Provide clear, consistent guidance and administrative support across employment documentation and data processing.

Assist in supporting the rollout of new HR initiatives—from Change Initiatives, new Employment Agreements and other people programmes.

Qualifications

A passion for delivering great service and practical HR support

Strong communication and organisational skills

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Previous experience in HR or a related field is a bonus, but not essential

Salary

Salary range : $60,879 - $72,999 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.

The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.
