Environmental Planner

Overview

Join to apply for the Environmental Planner role at WSP in New Zealand in Napier. This is a planning and engagement position within the Napier Planning & Engagement team, providing resource management planning and engagement services to WSP clients. The role includes technical planning, project management and project delivery across a varied portfolio of work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process resource consent applications
• Assess environmental effects
• Prepare district plan changes and support community engagement
• Act as project or task manager, including preparing project briefs, fee estimates and updating project plans
• Provide planning and engagement services to multiple clients as part of a team
