A fantastic contract opportunity through till June 2026 has been created within a small project team that are focused on delivering Holidays Act Compliance to this NZ organisation.

Responsibilities

• Extracting payroll data from legacy and current payroll systems.
• Analysing payroll data to be able to compare calculation results ensuring business rules were correctly applied.
• Analysing payroll data to establish the number of impacted employees and the financial liability.
• Supporting the design of ‘go forward’ processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

About You

Please note, if you do not have experience as a Payroll Data Analyst on a Payroll Holidays Act Remediation programme you will not be considered due to the specialist requirements of this role.
