Job title : Branch Administrator
About the role
To provide administration and reception service and support to customers and staff within the Bay of Plenty branch of CCS Disability Action Services Ltd. To ensure smooth day-to-day administration with a key focus on customer service, maintaining systems, and building and vehicle maintenance and safety.
Job-specific information
A strong focus is placed on delivering high-quality customer service by providing timely support to staff, disabled people and other stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure inquiries are handled effectively and that office operations run seamlessly.
