We have an opportunity available for an experienced Civil Construction Operator to join our Wairarapa team based in Masterton.

Description

We need people who are proactive and safety focused.

You will be key in enabling our teams to deliver on roading and infrastructure projects.

Your role will involve leading civil construction and road maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

What You Will Bring

Experience in civil construction and road maintenance including knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in road construction and maintenance.

Appropriate licenses (Class 2, WTR).

Strong focus on health and safety for yourself, colleagues and the public.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to think independently.

A high level of physical fitness due to the physical nature of the role.

Availability to work on an on-call roster.

Familiarity with AWM (formerly RAMM) is a benefit but not essential.

Reliability, honesty and flexibility as a team player.
