We’re looking for skilled Earthmoving Operators to join a variety of projects across the Wellington region. This role suits experienced operators who are confident working across a range of machinery, from dozers and diggers to rollers and loaders. If you're safety-focused, reliable, and keen to get stuck into diverse work, we want to hear from you.

About the role :

You’ll be operating heavy machinery across a mix of residential, commercial, and civil worksites throughout Wellington. Day‑to‑day tasks may include :

• Operating excavators, dozers, loaders, rollers, and related machinery
• Using attachments like buckets, scoops, hammers, and blades
• Site preparation, trenching, levelling, and backfilling
• Following site plans, markers, or verbal directions
• Performing basic maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of equipment
• Coordinating with site supervisors and team members to maintain workflow
• Conducting pre‑start checks and ensuring safe operation of equipment
• Adhering to site safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly
