Customer Service Officer (Part Time)

Working from our Terrace End site in Palmerston North , our Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests, or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions, and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem‑solving skills.
Shift Schedule
- Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 12 : 15 pm‑5 : 45 pm and Saturday 8 : 15 am‑12 : 15 pm (24 hours per week; Wednesday and Sunday rostered off)
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in customer service, retail skills or experience in mail / parcel sorting.
