You will collaborate closely with a creative team to craft compelling narratives, foster online engagement, and help build a vibrant digital community that champions transparency and civic participation.

Deliverables

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for X and Facebook, tailored to cultural and civic engagement themes.
• Create and schedule engaging posts in English and Finnish (Swedish is a plus), ensuring alignment with the NGO’s mission and voice.
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to community interactions, fostering a positive and inclusive online environment.
• Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with team members to support campaign launches, events, and digital storytelling initiatives.
• Utilize tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite for content creation and scheduling.
