You will be expected to support and encourage other teachers to develop their curriculum, pedagogical and assessment knowledge, whilst leading your team.You will be a highly effective classroom practitioner, who is research informed and data driven.

You will have a commitment to excellence and your own on-going professional development, including developing your coaching skills.
