In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline business processes, and drive operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Lead automation projects from conception to deployment, ensuring best practices and governance are followed.Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.Monitor and maintain existing automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.Mentor junior developers and contribute to the development of RPA standards and documentation.Stay current with Power Platform updates and industry trends to continuously improve automation capabilities.Accelerate digital transformation by identifying and automating high-impact business processes.Enhance operational efficiency by delivering reliable, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions.Promote a culture of automation by advocating for RPA best practices and mentoring team members.Drive innovation by leveraging advanced Power Platform capabilities such as AI Builder, Process Advisor, and Dataverse.Ensure compliance and governance by adhering to security, data privacy, and change management standards.Collaborate cross-functionally to align automation initiatives with strategic business goals.Assist in training initiatives by occasionally providing direction to peers and less experienced staff, including assigning and reviewing work.Support existing applications and monitor systems performance with a focus on business impact.Use troubleshooting skills to identify, research, and propose solutions and implement necessary changes.Recommend standards, procedures, and process improvements across the organization.May present work to team members, clients and management as needed.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired : 10+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 5 years using Microsoft Power Automate.Strong understanding of automation design principles, exception handling, and performance optimization.Experience with additional Power Automate-related tools and services, such as : AI BuilderProcess AdvisorDataversePower Virtual AgentsAzure Logic AppsMicrosoft certifications (e.g., PL-500 : Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer).
Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficiency in Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) and REST APIs.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and services.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Salary and benefitsSalary Range : $98,400 - $147,600.At our company, we are committed to pay transparency and equity.

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
