Expression of Interest for Custodial Systems Manager / OPS Manager
We are looking for an individual for a short-term secondment as Custodial Systems Manager while the current Manager is on leave.
This will be between the period 19 January to 23 March
These opportunities do not happen often and here is a chance to challenge yourself.
You may have to change lines to fill the role and thereby your roster will be amended.
Below are the skills and attributes we are looking for : -
- People skills : daily you will be working not only with your team but also with the wider site including, health, Court management and internal stake holders and external stake holders.
- Strong leadership : skills in communication, integrity, decision making and problem solving being just a few.
- The ability to maintain self-control, discipline, and confidence in a challenging and ever-changing environment.
- The ability to be self-managed and motivated.
- The ability to follow established processes and procedures with the safety of all at the centre of what you do.
- Resilience with the ability to understand that on-going challenges and change is part of our mahi.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Monitoring CSM mailbox –Process Information Requests and distribution of Legal correspondence.
- Quality assurance of documentation - UOF, Segregation Paperwork
- Passionate about teamwork.
- Level-headed, calm with a can-do attitude.
- Firm and consistent approach but also open flexibility in terms of supporting the team.
