We are one team united by being part of something bigger – to bring the best of life to our residents.Job DescriptionAs a Caregiver at our Kenepuru Village you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents.

This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident's daily lives.This role is a part-time position, working on a 2 on 4 off rotational roster of AM, PM, and Night shifts.Typical duties include : Delivering meals and helping with mealtimesAiding with hygiene, such as showeringAssisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercisesHelping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etcPlease view the full job description.QualificationsYou will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people's lives.You'll bring with you : Experience in aged care or a similar roleStrong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationshipsCommitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shiftsAbility to work a roster pattern of 2days on and 4days offAdditional InformationWhen you're part of the Summerset team, you belong to a place where your work has real impact, who you are is fully embraced and where your career flourishes.
