About the role (your why)

As a Senior UI / UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, engaging digital experiences for users. You’ll lead the design of user-friendly interfaces for complex technical products, making them feel effortless to use. Drawing on your expertise in user research, design thinking, and interaction design, you’ll collect insights, evaluate user needs, and transform them into elegant, accessible, and highly functional interfaces. This is a chance to create meaningful impact through design - making the complex simple and the technical human.

What you’ll bring

• Knowledge of user-centred design methodologies, information architecture, and usability principles gained through related roles
• Understanding of internet trends and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX), and proficiency with AI-powered design tools (e.g., AI-assisted prototyping, automated design system generation, AI-driven user testing analysis, generative AI for design iterations).
• Ability to evaluate the applicability of both traditional and AI-enhanced solutions for business needs
• Familiarity with project management principles and systems development lifecycles
• Some knowledge of market research techniques and the website / software development process
• Proven time management skills, with an ability to deliver work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong desire to design useful and usable solutions, with a passion for users
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including detailed report writing
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops and design sessions, incorporate diverse stakeholder feedback, while also demonstrating self-direction and initiative when working independently
