About The Opportunity

As a Social Worker , you will play a crucial role in helping children and families achieve success in a highschool environment

Your responsibilities will include :

• Working with diverse case loads, collaborating with counsellors to provide holistic support
• Collaborating with government agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Running programs in partnership with schools to address social issues
• Engaging with the community to raise awareness and provide resources

About You

The successful candidate will have :

• 1 - 2 years experience as a social worker
• A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and families
• The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• A Bachelor of Social Work and Social Worker Registration
• Police Check and Childrens Worker Safety Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A full driver's licence and vehicle
