Medical Receptionist - Northern Casual

Allevia Radiology (previously Mercy Radiology) is looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join the team on an as-needed, as-available basis to cover shifts at our northern and west Auckland branches i.e. Silverdale, Orewa, Warkworth, Rosedale and Westgate.Whether you are an experienced Medical Receptionist or a student of Health Science, you will be someone who thrives in a customer facing role and is confident interacting with a range of patients and clinicians.

While previous experience in healthcare, and familiarity with medical terminology will help you to hit the ground running, training and ongoing support will be provided.

Most importantly though our ideal candidate for this role will have boundless energy, availability and flexibility to cover shifts across the various locations as required.

Shifts to be covered are mainly Monday to Friday.We encourage you to apply if you live in close proximity to our branches in the north and west of Auckland, have reliable transport and have : Previous experience in reception, customer service, scheduling appointments & bookings ideally in a healthcare environmentExcellent computer literacy, and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyExperience using COMRAD would be an advantageAn eye for detail and a high level of accuracyThe ability to communicate clearly & effectively in a calm and friendly mannerAnd why a role with us?
