We're seeking a dynamic and experienced

ICT Senior Project Manager

to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects within our Digital Transformation programme.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing multiple ICT and business initiatives with budgets exceeding $1 million, using agile delivery practices.

You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a hands-on role where you'll not only oversee the project lifecycle but actively contribute to its execution — bridging the gap between strategic oversight and day-to-day delivery.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of SkyCity through the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions that impact our systems, processes, and culture.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring :

A qualification in Agile or Project Management practices.

5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or similar, within major delivery programmes.

A proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end using agile methodologies, with budgets over $1 million.

Proficiency in ADO or similar project management tools.

Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

High commercial acumen with experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking.

Proven ability to identify, treat, and escale risks, and lead risk management activities.

A proactive approach to issue resolution and escalation.

Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Advanced facilitation and presentation skills.

Strong relationship-building skills with key project stakeholders.

Experience managing contracts with external service providers.

Adaptability and leadership in complex, fast-paced environments.
