About the role :
This role sits in the Operations & Service Group, which is made up of LIC's Artificial Breeding (AB), Diagnostics, Farms Management, FarmWise, Field Assist and Herd Testing teams.
Reporting to an Artificial Breeding Support Lead, this role will work within a small, highly skilled administration team to provide support to the wider Artificial Breeding Operations and NZ Markets team's, this includes :
This is a fixed term role supporting during our peak season for approximately 6 months.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have :
As there is a strong element of query resolution, you must be comfortable working within agreed procedures and timelines, as well as thinking on your feet to ensure a successful outcome. Although not a requirement - SAP knowledge is an advantage. Previous customer service experience and strong computer skills are an absolute must. In peak Season (August - December), you will need to be flexible around working hours and days to meet demand.
