You're a quiet hero behind the scenes — keeping our village fresh, homely, and dignified for the people who live here.We're looking for a hardworking, caring Housekeeper / Laundry Assistant to join our warm and welcoming Bell Block village team.

This role is all about making sure our residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.Key Responsibilities : Ensuring high-quality cleaning across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, laundry, and kitchen facilitiesLaundering, folding and returning residents' clothing and linens with care and attentionLabelling, mending and maintaining residents' personal laundry itemsSupporting infection control measures and health and safety proceduresBuilding friendly, respectful relationships with residents and understanding their unique needsIdeal Candidate : You have experience in housekeeping ideally in healthcare or hospitalityTake pride in your work and care about the small detailsAre physically fit and comfortable working on your feetHave a genuine interest in aged care (no experience necessary — full training provided)What We Offer : Weekend pay rates : An additional 40% on your hourly wageTime and a half : For any shift over 8 hours in a dayA supportive team culture where you're truly valuedCareer development opportunities across aged care, hospitality, wellness and moreOur team is a place where everyone's uniqueness and diversity can shine, and we know it takes a collective effort to bring a village to life and help it thrive.Applications for this role will close on 21 / 10 / 2025.
