365 Mechanix Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Consultant to join our high-performing team on a 12-month contract / OR permanent, supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale Business Central program for a key client in New Zealand.
About the Role
As a BC Finance Consultant, you will work alongside a team of experienced Microsoft business applications professionals to design and implement a high-quality finance solution.
You will engage closely with finance stakeholders, bring industry knowledge, and leverage best practice to ensure the client achieves strong business outcomes.
You will lead or contribute to core activities including requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, testing, user enablement, and go-live support.
We are looking for a consultant who is hands-on, proactive, and confident operating in complex delivery environments.
What You Will Bring
Extensive experience delivering D365 Business Central Finance solutions
Strong functional knowledge across finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Mgmt., etc.)
Background in end-to-end ERP implementation across multiple projects
Ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into effective system design
High-quality documentation skills and familiarity with Azure DevOps
Comfortable collaborating in a consulting environment within ANZ
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
