We’re backed, we’re scaling, and now we’re hunting for a Data & AI Lead who’s equal parts strategist, builder, and operator. This is not a support role. This is a player-coach role, with the chance to define the data and AI engine that will power Jade ThirdEye for the next decade.

What You’ll Lead

• Build Jade ThirdEye’s data layer — the infrastructure to unify 1st- and 3rd-party data, pooling insights across our customer base. You’ll be developing an AI development plan for the broader Product Engineering team and act as a player coach to execute that plan.
• Develop and deploy AI / ML models that cut false positives, surface hidden risk, and give customers an edge against financial crime.
• Partner with world-class vendors to accelerate capability, while building Jade’s own foundations for long-term competitive advantage.
• Lead a small, high-performing team of data scientists / engineers, scaling as impact grows.
• Embed AI and data insights into the heart of our product roadmap, working hand-in-glove with Product and Engineering.
• Represent Jade externally as a thought leader in AI for AML and fraud prevention.
