Practice Nurse - Part time

We are currently recruiting for a nurse to work across two of our sites, Waltham Health and Beckford Health here in Christchurch.

You will be used to thinking on your feet and responding to changing clinical needs and workflow.

Minimum Requirements :

• NZ Nursing Registration and APC
• Practice nursing experience is desirable
• Current vaccinator certificate also desirable
• Smear taker certificate is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding and previous experience using PMS; Medtech experience will be useful
• Compassion and empathy for patients is a must.
• Ability to multi-task and work in high-pressure situations is a must.

This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours available for leave cover.
