Our Distribution Centre (DC) is the hub that keeps our stores stocked and our customers happy.

During peak season, this mission ramps up, and we're expanding our racking crew to meet the demand.As a Despatch Team Member, you'll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for processing and preparing outgoing stock for delivery to stores across Aotearoa.

This role offers a lot of variety and requires a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and adaptability.

You'll be on your feet, moving stock, solving problems, and keeping things flowing from the DC to our customers.What you'll be doing : Stacking and prepping pallets (items ranging from 1kg to 30kg)Sorting stock by barcode and storePicking off our fast-paced conveyer beltsUsing RF scanners to track inventory movementPrime moving and pallet wrappingClosing, labelling, and preparing stock for despatchOperating pallet jacks, box cutters, and strapping machinesBulk picking and stock consolidationResponding to last-minute changes and supporting the team where neededThis is a fixed-term position until mid-January 2026, Monday – Friday, with three possible shifts : 6 : 30am – 3 : 00pm, 7 : 30am – 4 : 00pm, or 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm, at $30.28 / hr.

Please note : This role is to support our Peak Period through to January 2026.

As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time, including around Christmas and New Years.Qualifications : What We're Looking ForAre physically fit and happy to be on your feet throughout the dayHave a keen eye for detail and care about getting things rightCommunicate clearly and work well in a teamCan work independently and stay focused on the taskAre adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentHave previous warehouse or distribution centre experience (a bonus but not required)To be considered for this role, you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
