The Capability and Outcomes Specialist (L2) will support the Programme Lead and Management Support with the prioritisation, planning, approval, and monitoring of the Policy work plan and individual policy and remedial projects.

We are looking for a Capability and Outcomes Specialist (L2) with strong quality decision-making capabilities.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience with JIRA and Power BI and be able to develop and maintain planning and reporting for workforce management.
Their business acumen would be well-honed, and they would also be adept at partnering and providing advice, to a range of customers.
To be successful in this role you will do the following :

Policy advises Government on a range of tax and social policy issues.
We research and develop policy options and present policy recommendations to senior officials and ministers.
We also prepare the legislation arising from those policy recommendations and support it through the legislative process.
