Sacred Heart College is a state integrated Catholic secondary school for Y9–13, located in the beautiful Hawke's Bay.

We are seeking a faith-filled innovative and dynamic director of religious studies (DRS) with a passion for teaching To Tatou Whakapono – Our Faith and an ability to lead the spiritual and religious instruction of our school community.

The successful candidate will be future-focused and able to lead in a collaborative team environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive and innovative leader to enhance the Special Character of our school.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Position to commence 28 January

As the DRS you will be expected to 'give guidance and provide effective leadership in religious education and observances throughout the school.

This is a special character position which means, a willingness and ability to participate in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of the school is a condition of appointment.

Your application must be accompanied by a CI 47 Form to indicate relevant qualifications and experience related to Catholic Special Character.
