They are on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Manager to take responsibility for a growing residential portfolio.

You'll bring : Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) A commitment to compliance with new legislation.

Excellent communication skills & attention to detail Well-structured processes that underpin great property management.

At least 2 years' experience in New Zealand, and a current NZ driver's licence.
