Marine Maintenance Manager - Fiji

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000 + Accommodation + Meals + Health + Relocation

Location : Fiji

My client, an unparalleled luxury resort on a private island, is currently seeking a talented Marine Maintenance Manager to oversee and enhance its marine facilities and operations. The resort offers an unforgettable escape for discerning travelers seeking a tropical paradise experience, with impeccable service and top-tier amenities, including well-maintained marine equipment and services, all managed by a dedicated team.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all marine equipment, including boats, docks, and water sports gear.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance and safety of all marine assets.
Supervise and train a team of marine maintenance technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
Conduct regular inspections of marine facilities and equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.
Manage inventory of marine parts and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective usage.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine maintenance management, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of marine equipment, systems, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
