About the Team :
The AIL Training team provides top quality air traffic services (ATS) training for customers globally. As part of the training and selection process, we utilise SureSelect, an in‑house validated, objective and automated solution that assists with selecting the best air traffic control (ATC) candidates using ATC‑specific testing.
Reporting to the Head of Air Traffic Services (ATS) Training and consists of air traffic control (ATC) instructors, a training quality manager, a training technology specialist, learning support administrators, a senior operational training & licensing advisor and air traffic services (ATS) training specialists.
About the Role :
We have a permanent full‑time opportunity for a Learning Support Administrator to join our team at our Christchurch based campus. This varied role changes focus throughout the year dependent on business priorities.
