About the role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join their high performing employment specialist team. Led by a talented employment law Partner renowned for the quality of their work and exceptional client service, you will quickly become an integral part of the dedicated team.
You will provide high quality employment law advice and services. You’ll advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of employment matters — including disputes and personal grievances, restructuring and redundancy, drafting and negotiating employment agreements, performance management, and compliance with workplace legislation.
This position offers genuine scope to take ownership of files, build client relationships, and play a key role in delivering practical, solutions-focused outcomes.
You will receive quality training, great variety and the opportunity to build high functioning client relationships, while you will also enjoy working in a firm that is repeatedly recognised as an Employer of Choice. This role is based in Christchurch. Flexibility to WFH.
