Are you an experienced asphalt operator looking for steady, well-paid work in Auckland? We’re on the hunt for a skilled Asphalt Paver / Roller Operator to join our team and help deliver high-quality roading and civil projects across the region.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and enjoys being part of a hard-working crew. With both day and night shifts available , there’s flexibility to suit your lifestyle while earning excellent pay.

What’s On Offer

$30+ per hour (experience dependent)
Nightshift allowance

What we’re looking for :

Proven asphalt experience - operating paving machines and / or rollers

Current WTR endorsement and Class 2 (or higher) licence

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic

Ability to work day and night shifts
